Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions made through the Verionair platform at verionair.com. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all users who access paid features, workshop enrollments, subscription plans, or any other compensated services offered by Verionair. These terms form part of the broader agreement between you and Verionair and should be read alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Verionair reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the relevant product or service page. Prices are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Verionair is not responsible for currency conversion fees, foreign transaction charges, or bank-imposed surcharges applied by your financial institution.

Prices are subject to change. Any change to pricing will not affect transactions already completed or subscriptions already active at the time of the change.

4. Billing and Payment Processing

4.1 One-Time Payments

One-time payments are processed immediately at the point of purchase. Access to the purchased service is granted upon successful payment confirmation.

4.2 Recurring Subscriptions

Where a subscription model is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The billing cycle length (monthly, quarterly, or annual) is specified at the time of enrollment. You authorize Verionair to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Verionair may attempt to reprocess the charge up to three times within a seven-day period. If the payment remains unsuccessful after all attempts, access to the associated service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location and the nature of the service. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local authority in connection with your purchase. Verionair will include tax information on invoices where required by applicable regulations.

6. Invoices and Payment Records

A payment confirmation is sent to the email address associated with your account following each successful transaction. Formal invoices can be requested by contacting support at support@verionair.com. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information to ensure proper documentation.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 General Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Where a refund window is applicable, it will be stated clearly on the product or enrollment page prior to purchase. Requests submitted after the stated refund period has expired will not be eligible for reimbursement.

7.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period unless otherwise specified.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days. The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may vary.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe an error has occurred on your account, contact Verionair support at support@verionair.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. Verionair will cooperate fully with payment processors to resolve legitimate disputes in a timely manner.

All payment transactions are processed through encrypted, industry-standard secure channels. Verionair does not store full card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on its servers. Transactions are handled by certified third-party payment processors who maintain compliance with applicable security standards.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all purchases made through your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify Verionair immediately at support@verionair.com. Verionair is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

12. Changes to Payment Terms

Verionair reserves the right to update or modify these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
