We source villas that are not indexed on public platforms — most come through direct owner relationships built since 2018. Minimum stay, staff, and access conditions are negotiated before you confirm.

Thermal spas, private ryokans, altitude retreats. We pre-screen facilities against a set of 14 criteria covering hygiene, noise, and privacy — and only forward those that pass.

Managed through vetted operators with verifiable safety records. We do not resell broker inventory — we work with operators directly and confirm aircraft or vessel specs before presenting options.
TransportItinerary design and pacing
A written daily structure that accounts for jet lag, travel fatigue, and what you actually said you wanted — not a template with your name in the header. Takes 3–5 days to prepare properly.
